A real-time, online exhibition floorplan on the ACI-NA web site, with company descriptions and click-through links to exhibitors' home pages.

 3m x 3m (approx 10' x 10') hardwall exhibit booth with booth identification signage.  The grey fabric-covered walls are 8’ high in back, 4’ high on the sides.

Two complimentary FULL registrations per each 10' x 10' booth purchased. These badges are good for entrance to all educational meetings, sessions and official conference social events – no need to purchase an upgrade to attend sessions.  Additional booth personnel badges may be purchased for $300 each ($345 each after the general registration early bird cutoff date).  These additional personnel badges are also good for entrance to all educational meetings, sessions and official conference social events.

200-word exhibitor profile in the Fall 2011 issue of Centerlines, ACI-NA's official magazine (guaranteed for booths purchased prior to June 30, 2011; availability based on production deadlines for booths purchased after June 30, 2011).

One complimentary product category listing for each booth purchased (additional listings may be purchased for $40 each).

Complimentary PDF labels of pre-registered delegates for pre-show promotion (name, title, company, address) after the conference early registration cutoff date has passed. An Excel mailing list, including phone, fax, and e-mail addresses, may be purchased beginning August 2; pricing information will be available in the summer.

Does your company's product dovetail with a concurrent session topic?  You'll be able to have your company name and booth number distributed on a handout during that particular session.

Complimentary guest passes for one-time entry to show floor for local clients not attending the conference (3 per exhibiting company).

Food and beverage on the show floor to help drive traffic to the exhibition.

SELECTING BOOTH SPACE

As you take a look at the floor plan, some things to keep in mind:

We are going to continue with our 20x20’ “pod” layout, so everyone (except the perimeter booths) can get a corner space – at NO ADDITIONAL FEE.  You can still purchase booths sized 10x10, 10x20, 20x20, or even larger – please call ACI-NA to discuss your specific needs.

Keep in mind that we do not offer end-cap booths at the ACI-NA show.  All in-line booths will continue to run on a north-south axis.

Most of the food service will be located at the back of the hall.

Registration will be inside the exhibit hall, so attendees will know where the show floor is even before it opens.

We are introducing some “park” areas on the floor this year, with seating areas to encourage attendees to linger in the area.
 

PURCHASING BOOTH SPACE

Pricing will NOT increase in 2011.  The same fees from 2009 and 2010 will apply.
Our standard hardwall booth size is 3m x 3m (approx 10' x 10').  This is the smallest space available.

Reserve space and payment after Friday, May 6, 2011:

$4,775 USD (ACI/ACI-NA Member)

$6,925 USD (Non-Member)

* A discount  of -$665 per booth is available for ACI/ACI-NA Members purchasing four or more

Application and Contract for Exhibit Space

Please complete the Application and Contract for Exhibit Space, noting your top three booth selections, and return it to Please note: your booth cannot be confirmed until payment is received.  At least 50% deposit is required at time of reserving space.  All contracts entered in to after June 30, 2011, require full payment at the time of submission.  To qualify for the member rate, your company must be a member in good standing, with 2011 dues paid in full, at the time of payment for exhibit space.
