EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Each exhibitor will receive two numbered complimentary registration forms per 10x10’ booth purchased.  You must complete those forms and return them to ACI-NA as directed on the form in order to receive the complimentary registration.  ACI-NA is unable to accept complimentary registrations online, or standard registration forms with the registration fee amended in writing.

Once you use your allotment of complimentary registration forms, you can purchase additional registrations at the deeply discounted rate of $300 each ($345 each after the general registration early bird cutoff date).

The complimentary registrations and additional booth personnel registrations are all good for full conference access – no need to “upgrade” to participate in the educational sessions or to purchase tickets for social events.

EXHIBITOR HOUSING

It has recently come to our attention that our housing block at the San Diego Marriot Marquis & Marina, ACI-NA’s official headquarters and only hotel for the 20^th Annual Conference and Exhibition has become the victim of an unauthorized housing poacher.

You may receive a phone, fax, or e-mail transmission that offers a “deal” on housing. The author's apparent intent is to mislead you that their offer is made on behalf of ACI-NA, It is not.

Don’t become the victim of a room block pirate who secured lists from websites and membership databases from the membership directories that associations produce.

• Don't be misled! The official meeting hotel for the ACI-NA annual conference & exhibition is the San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina. To make reservations see Online Reservations or call the hotel directly and identify yourself as an ACI-NA attendee. Be sure to ask for the ACI-NA group rate.

When ACI-NA secures sleeping rooms at hotels for our conferences we do so in order to ensure attendees are adequately and appropriately accommodated. By booking in the official block, you ensure your reservation will actually be held at the official conference hotel. You should only be providing your credit card information directly to the San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina.

ACI-NA will not call you or fax you a rooming list to ask for your credit card number when making a housing reservation.

Please support ACI-NA’s official hotels and thwart room block poachers when making your housing arrangements. We have received information bearing the names of the following companies (there could be more) that may have contacted prospective attendees. None are affiliated with ACI-NA and none have any discounted rooms within the ACI-NA official housing block:

In the event that you book rooms through any such organization, please be advised that we will not be able to assist you in any way should rooms be unavailable upon your arrival at the hotel.
