This is my first time attending, what should I expect?
This conference brings together airport professionals and businesses that serve airports to attend outstanding education sessions and networking opportunities. In addition, there is an exhibition hall that showcases the latest and greatest products and services.
You can expect to meet and network with many the nation and world’s leading minds in aviation as well as receive education and information on the latest trends and issues.
What should I wear?
The attire for the educational sessions and exhibition hall is business casual.
The suggested attire for the Closing Night event is casual.
Do I have to be a member to attend?
You do not have to be a member to attend the conference. Any and all aviation professionals are welcome. Please refer to the registration page to view the conference rates.
How do I become an exhibitor?

How much does it cost to register?

What if I registered, but can no longer attend? Can I send someone else in my place?
If you cancel your registration by September 16, you can receive a refund. Any cancellations received after September 16, will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. No cancellations will be accepted after September 16. Substitutions will be accepted at any time.
How can I obtain a Visa letter?
To request a visa letter please email Deirdre Clemmons, Vice President, Meetings, Convention & Education at dclemmons@aci-na.org.
How far is the Convention Center from the Marriott Marquis?
The Convention Center is right next door to the Marriott Marquis. It can be accessed via a walkway through the Marriott as well.
Is there a cut-off date to register before the conference?
The cut-off date to receive the early bird registration rate is September 16. Advance registration will close on October 7. If you have not yet registered by that date, you will have to register onsite.
Is it possible to purchase a floor pass or pay to visit the exhibit hall only?
There is an exhibit hall only registration. Please refer to the registration page to view the fees.

Can I register at the conference?
Yes, onsite registration will be available. Onsite registration hours will be as follows:
Saturday, October 15: 7:30 am – 8:00 pm
Sunday, October 16: 7:30 am – 7:00 pm
Monday, October 17: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Tuesday, October 18: 7:00 am – 6:30 pm
Wednesday, October 19: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Is there accessibility for persons with disabilities at the San Diego Convention Center?

Where will the conference event sessions and exhibits be held?
All educational sessions and the exhibit hall will be held at the San Diego Convention Center located next to the Marriott Marquis.
